I am a fully qualified sports massage/body massage therapist and Pilates instructor. I originally qualified as an exercise to music instructor in 1992 and have been teaching various classes ever since. I have experience teaching Pilates in a physiotherapy clinic where the classes are kept small for more individual attention. (No more than 10) and privately. I have also been providing massage therapy for a wide range of clients, including sports people and the general public for the last 3 years. 

I am based in Lower Swanwick, Southampton and I have my own private treatment room where you can enjoy the treatments in a relaxing environment.

  • Mat based Pilates - OCR

  • Exercise to Music - RSA

  • Sports Massage Therapy - VTCT IIST

  • Body Massage Therapy - VTCT IIHT

  • Swiss Ball Level 1 certificate
